A TUNE TO COLOUR - Art in Motion Monday Nights

Every day we are surrounded by colour, nature shows us freely the beauty of the changing seasons with colour.

Everyone is an artist when it comes to colour because colour infuses our every moment of our lives, waking and sleeping, conscious and unconsciously. How we dress each day, the food you put in your mouth, the people that surround you and their tones, the ground below and of course the sky and all the colour variations above us. 

Colour is our resource for this six week ongoing workshop. 

Take some time will deepen your appreciation of how colour and movement can influence your day, your mood, your dance, your practice, and your smile. The dance of yellow? of black, or pink.... For six Monday nights, we will dance, create, write and, share our experiences with our colours.

A weekly artist dance with one other human to write, share, eat, laugh, dance, explore.

Weekly soundscape to dance to how you wish, and if your want to continue the exploration during the week.

For these sessions please bring the art material you wish to use,

and a journal and pen.

Once you have registered and paid you will receive a zoom id. This ZOOM id will be the same each week.

If you are new to the online realm of zoom, please reach out and I will take you through it.

It can be quite simple once you get the hang of it.

Kaia’s Monday sessions are the perfect blend of movement and creative exploration. She weaves it all together with cracking music and an invitation to dive deep into the theme. I particularly enjoyed working with a small ongoing group and met some great people along the way.
