ART IN MOTION MONDAY NIGHT

I have decided to keep our Monday Night class as a drop-in for the next two weeks to close out 2021.

The invitation is for anyone to come and creatively express themselves.

For me at this stage in the grand plan of life, I see creativity as an entry point to ourselves. 

I believe if we dream it, we can create it. 

So I dream big!!! and it can be messy and wild, sensual and weird, 

and look like shit, but it's all me!

And then the next time I turn up, I'm like fuck yes, I created that and it is beautiful!

Both pieces are relevant and in both pieces I find insights. 

It can be kinda like creating your own tarot cards and then reading them afterward. 

Anyway...

It is all a process, this whole life...and here is a space for you to explore some of it.

I will guide you through movement cycles that give space for both movement and art.

To move and include what is true, or abstract, or impulsive, or stuck on repeat, or you maybe needing a break from!

and then to transfer that out of the thinking/feeling space into a creative medium

Letting us see what the fuck is going on inside of us!

Open to anyone who is curious, or closed tight and all this is dumb, or grumpy, or meh, 

or full of all the joy in the world and is all love... I suppose what I am saying, if you are reading this, it is for you. 

Come and play...or be serious as!
