About the Event
First thing // here are the dates, lock them into your calendar...
So what happens????
Let me weave a sound scape for you, in the moment, let me take you on an adventure with yourself, and this group body, hopefully bringing you to land with a deep connection to this land, this body, this environment, and settling some of that inner landscape noise as we go thru.
This is not an Open Floor class, this is a free form of movement, self-guided, not choreographed.
Take the opportunity to really tune into the wisdom of your body, mind, soul, energy, and emotion. Leave your judgments, your phones, your shoes, your korero at the door.
