About the Event
We are living in a time of profound disruption ~ ecological, political, relational, spiritual.
And those of us who hold space for others are not outside that disruption.
We are inside it, shaped by it, and often, unknowingly, reproducing it.
The Open Floor Practice, like many conscious movement forms, carries deep gifts ~ a commitment to presence, to the body, to authentic meeting. And it exists inside the same systems that have caused harm.
