Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, self-guided, not choreographed dance floor.

Guided by music and inspired by who walks thru the door. (this is not an Open Floor class)

Leave your judgments, your phones, your shoes, your korero at the door.

TIKANGA FOR IN-PERSON CLASSES

Social distancing rules of 2mtrs apply,

we are required to wear masks in and out of the shared spaces,

and just like at the gym you can take it off to 'exercise' aka 'dance' .

If you wish to wear it the whole time you are welcome!

If you wish to take it off, please be respectful of the space around each human.

We each have our own story around mask-wearing and I have rules I have to follow to open up these classes.

Let's be kind to each other in our spaces x

and...PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CLASS IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK!

..let's go gently and super respectfully of each other
