Kei te pehea tō ngakau? How is your heart?
Not as a question you need to answer with words.
On Sunday we move with the spaces of the heart ~ Pūmanawa, Ngākau and Whatumanawa ~ and explore what happens when we listen to the body as a place of feeling, knowing and relationship.
You do not need to have danced before. You do not need to know what you are doing.
