Welcome back to those who have been before, Nau mai hoki mai <3

To those who are new, Nau mai haere mai, welcome.

This space is created to keep us steady, give us time to open our attention

and be with whatever is present for you.

Ko au tēnei - Here I am

It gives us time to centre down before we go out into the world.

What the sessions will look like;

Pastel meditation invitation if this is part of your process.

A moment to write with or without the writing prompt provided.

Open Floor curriculum to guide us and a musical soundscape to move, dance, create,

eat breakfast, walk the dog, make love...drink your coffee and be with you.

To end there is the invitation to write with a writing prompt or to sit and meditate.

You can come to each class or jump on when it feels right.

I only ask for a 'screens on moment' when you arrive,

give me a wave so I know who you are and then you can choose to have it on or off.

Recieve from this space what you need, right where you are.

I would write more, but I don't think anyone needs any more input.

We all have enough of what we need,

let's spend some dedicated time with it.
