KUPU ORA ~ A six-week embodied writing series
He kupu, he rongoā, he kōrero ~Writing as rongoā.
This is not a dance class.
And it’s not about crafting clever sentences.
This is about writing as rongoā.
RONGOĀ ~ A holistic approach to well-being, rooted in the interconnectedness of body, spirit, mind, land, ancestors, and community. A remembering of harmony ~ within and between.
