Welcome back to those who have been before, Nau mai hoki mai <3

To those who are new, Nau mai haere mai, welcome.

This space is created to keep us steady,

to allow us deep 'open attention',

and to give us time to be with whatever is present for you.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings join from where you are at.

Spend some time with Open Floor as your practice...and whatever calls to you.

What the sessions will look like;

A moment to write with or without the writing prompt I provided

Introduction to a core movement resource to anchor us

Musical soundscape to move, dance, create, eat breakfast, walk the dog, make love...drink your coffee and be with you.

Then a moment at the end to write with a writing prompt or to sit and meditate with.

Mauri Tau | Mauri Ora - Settling the nervous system.

It gives us time to centre down before we go up and out into the world.

You can come to each class or jump on when it feels right.

I only ask for a 'screens on moment' when you arrive,

give me a wave so I know who you are and then you can choose to have it on or off.

Recieve from this space what you need, right where you are.

I would write more, but I don't think anyone needs any more input.

We all have enough of what we need,

let's spend some dedicated time with it.
