This space is created for those who have a personal practice - or want to start a personal practice -
We meet three times a week to allow for the rhythm and routine of the practice
while bringing depth to your inquiry.
This space provides accountability partners
and also aids in the discipline of turning up to your practice.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings we meet together.
