YOU DON'T NEED TO PROVE ANYTHING TO ANYONE!

For this workshop, we will harvest from 2020 so we can find our place to exist and to thrive. 

From this harvest and from the place of being, we can start to pay attention to what matters. 

What really matters to you, where do you want to focus your energy and attention?

I say it often in my class, but you are the sum of all your tipuna/ancestors.

We will also harvest from their existence to help guide you on yours, and yes some of that harvest is ikky!!! 

and...in our knowing hopefully that will allow you to be the best ancestor you can. 

I teach from a place of grounded spirituality, and I resource you along the way. 

No one is getting pushed over the edge, we have had that all year!

My hope is to guide us all to a place where being you is absolutely enough.

To stand, move, and create just as we are.

What if you could just exist?  What if that was enough?  What if the purpose of your soul is to simply enjoy being you, 

following your intuition and turning up the best that you can in any given moment.

I don't need your approval to be me, to be loved and to give love.

Me existing is enough, my existence is enough’

Yes we want to bring our gifts to the world, but how can we do this from a place where it works for us.

Less stress, more rest.

Resting into your own beat, own rhythm, rhyme and melody...You are your own resource.

What to expect?

A place where movement and dance help lead us, a brave space, personal inquiry, sweaty backs, ocean swims, laughter, dancing wildly, drinking in the stillness, meditation, phat bass, some creative explorations all infused by my indigenous heart, a reset, acknowledgment, space to exist.

Friday night session 6-9

Saturday morning session 10-1 pm

This is not a residential workshop, you will need to source your own accommodation and food. 

Shared kai is encouraged.

If you wish to stay with someone in the community please reach out and I will try and locate another human for you.

Please share this event out with people you know who may be interested. It makes for a fantastic dance floor. One last thing is that this is open to all ranges of movers, and humans. I would prefer you to be 12 and over and that’s the only restriction.

We have wheelchair access to the hall, chairs in the space for you to dance on.
