About the Event
Raukaha 1. (noun) capacity Ko te whāinga tuatahi o te hanga raukaha he whakapakari i te kaha o te whānau, hapū, iwi, ngā rōpū me ngā hapori Māori (RT 2013:64). / The first objective in building capacity is to strengthen the ability of the family, subtribe, tribe, groups and Māori communities.
To actively know what we have the capacity for is one of the great arts of being human.
For this closed group ongoing we will dance, move, write, explore and discover our circles of capacity.
Knowing that they are not static and as we explore these circles let's sink deeper into our knowing.
The place where we can clearly find our yes//no,
where we can pause//rest and make good choices from.
The world is all manner of things for everyone and this class called out to me the first time I heard the words,
circle of capacity. - Thank you David Lane!
It feels to me to be an active place, a place where we don't have to fall off the edge of the cliff to succeed.
It is the place where our nervous system's voice is heard and honoured.
Let's see what it is for you.
What to expect?
Self permission creation!
Space to discover
To know our capacity will be one of our strongest resources in current times...and of course, when we reach capacity...what do we do?
Let's explore together x
