RAUKAHA | CIRCLE OF CAPACITY - round 2

We open up again, to let you in if you wish to come and be in a space where you are invited to rest in your rhythm and spend time with good humans, you included.

To actively know what we have the capacity for is one of the great arts of being human. 

For this closed group ongoing we will dance, move, write, explore and discover our circles of capacity. 

Knowing that they are not static and as we explore these circles let's sink deeper into our knowing. 

The place where we can clearly find our yes//no, 

where we can pause//rest and make good choices from.

The world is all manner of things for everyone and this class called out to me the first time I heard the words, 

circle of capacity. - Thank you David Lane!

It feels to me to be an active place, a place where we don't have to fall off the edge of the cliff to succeed. 

It is the place where our nervous system's voice is heard and honoured.
