It’s about tending.
This is not about arriving.
It’s about listening in and unlearning the lie that we are alone or above.
We know that disconnection from land and each other is by colonial design.
And I hope we know that reconnection is not a luxury ~ it’s necessary.
The same people each week ~ embodied practice, movement inquiry, reflection, and optional “home care” (not homework).
