SUNDAY MORNING DANCE

Last week we really needed it, and now we begin, 

not all serious like 

but more like a renewal. 

If you haven't danced with me before but you find ourself here reading this, 

take that as all you need to know that you will be welcomed 

and a 99% chance that you will love it. 

Most of the time. 

Sometimes you will hate it, 

and that is also good medicine.

Movement wise. 

Movement is mihi.

Doors open at 945am - Karakia around 10am.

And then depending on who is in the room depends on the journey we take. 

Know that you are just what is required to make the dance floor a dance floor delight. 

Know that it can be messy and beauty full, sometimes a little wild, 

and some times so fucken tender you get to remember that the humans are actually super fucken awesome, you included. 

Bring water, clothes that you love to dance in, 

a shawl or blanket for the floor and if you like to keep your feet warm, socks x

I like to dance in socks.

We finish up at 12noon and then you have all the Dopamine and Serotonin to slide you through the rest of the day and the end of the school holidays x
