TE PUNA WAIORA - Whiro Moon Dance Portal

Te Puna Waiora is a sacred space that we move towards to find nourishment, to listen to the depths of our being, to dance ourselves back into our natural rhythms, finding ourselves reflected in the cycles of Papatūānuku. 

This journey is making a conscious choice to create space for ritual and ceremony on each new moon. 

Giving time and space to collect ourselves, to find our natural order in the cycles of this planet, 

and bring intention into our lives. 

Te Puna Waiora is the place of the Whiro moon.

Puna : Spring of water

Waiora :  Healthy, soundness

Te Puna Waiora - A place to be in the waters of your wellness, to replenish and revitalize. 

Tēnei te Po, Nau mai te Ao. 

In the disorder of our current social fabric, we are turning and finding embodiment with nature and our natural rhythms 

These rhythms hold a depth that many of us crave. To know the maramataka of your cycle, the cycle of the moon and for this particular journey, the journey of 13 moons. 

Harvest to harvest // High Summer to High Summer.

If you choose to join us for the 13Moons, we will be blessed to gather into all our seasons. 

Letting the innate wisdom of our bodies, our beings be a guide to our growth and knowing, 

giving time and space to fully experience being human. 

Our new mooniths sessions will include movement cycles to help us reflect on the month we have just lived. 

Taking time to dance and write in reflection.  Harvesting the truths that arrived from the month that has passed.

Noting the intensity of the full moon and the fruits that were gathered, or that just fell to the ground to become compost. 

You will be invited and guided to make a ritual. 

Making new moon altars to support us on this journey. 

With Ceremony and karakia we will also calling in, 

Set our intentions and gift them to our atua.

Finding the dance of moving towards our new cycle.

Being part of our natural cycles, Taiao. 

And being witness to the gentle wisdom that arises from each of us as we go. 

Each moon will holds its own wisdom if we make time available to whakarongo | listen,  

And when we listen to Taiao | nature this world speaks back.

The invitation is to commit to all 13moons and invite ritual consistency into your life. 

And of course, with life as what it is, making plans in the future can feel a bit much atm - I get it. 

So you can come to one or commit to a different cycle 3/6moons. 

Whatever feels tau for you. 

When I created this offering there is an awareness that gathering in circle kanohi - kanohi | face to face is needed 

but not always available. My feeling around this is that maybe its time to maybe gather your trine (two other humans that may wish to journey with you) Humans that also value the natural cycles of this planet and wish for depth in their lives. 

Of course, the call for you may be to go solo I encourage this also! 

or even invite more into the space. 

Te Puna Waiora is here to support and guide us over the next 13moons.

We begin together at the edge of Lamas, becoming aware of what we harvested this summer from the seeds we planted last winter. What has fruited? What never came to be? All is our medicine. 

We will use zoom and discology as our main sources of connection 

and who knows what the world will bring us this year 

we may even get to gather in person for our Equinox and solstices. 

Join me on this journey of depth and discovery. 

Where there is beauty in our being and our souls have time to shine.
