About the Event
Te Puna Waiora calls us home to the waters of our own wellness.
A sacred space to move towards nourishment,
to listen to the quiet places within,
to dance the body back into rhythm with the living world.
This is an invitation into ritual and ceremony ~ a weaving of movement, reflection,
and intentionas each new moon turns us gently toward the next cycle.
