I welcome you in with wide-open arms, from a distance ; )

I open up this space as a place to dance, to ground back in our bodies, to come home again.

I know in my heart that having a place to move and include all that we are with atm allows us to live well in this crazy time. Settling our nervous systems and coming back to centre, Mauri Tau. 

I open this dance floor up with the understanding that we will all respect the space and the tikanga.

and when you are dancing, just like at the gym you are able to take them off.
