| WHAKATAUTIKA | Autumn Equinox

Autumn Equinox is a moment in time that marks balance. 

It asks for us to consciously release and to know what we are still choosing to hold.

What used to be good for us in the past season, may no longer work. 

It is time to step into change and let flow that which needs to be shed. 

Then at the end of the day, we will know what we are standing with, 

and what matters now as we move towards, Te Kore Te Po. 

What to expect.

We will spend this day in a sacred space, Āhurutanga. 

Deliberately tracking the last season, acknowledging and accepting where we have come from, 

and where we are now. Present. Presence. Potential.

For this process, we will write, mark make, create, dance, and share. 

The resources of the ocean and the trees, music, movement, and community ritual. 

We will create altars, karakia, waiata, and mihi.

Consciously choosing to bring ritual into our lives in this time to attune us with the rhythm of taiao|nature.

It is a super tricky time to commit, I understand. 

For this reason, I have made this event an RSVP.

I will need to know the day before if you are able to make it, and are healthy and well. 

If the world is too crazy to be inside, we will spend the day outside. 

Our investment for this day is $100.

If you have paid for the Whiro Moon Portals $80

and we pay on arrival. 

If you would like to do a payment plan we will organise it on the day. 

It is time to turn inwards now, it is important that we find the time to do this, it is potent when it is done in community.
