Service Description

A monthly group space for practitioners working with movement, creativity, community care, and cultural awareness. This is not just about professional supervision ~ it's about being well held while we do this work. Together we’ll explore what it means to be in practice with integrity, stay connected to our bodies, navigate complexity with humility, and continue dismantling the internalised systems that get in the way. We meet inside a relational, somatic, and politicised space ~ where reflection, accountability, and resourcing are collective acts. This space is for you if: You’re a movement or arts-based facilitator, therapist, educator, or healing practitioner You value body-based knowing, cultural integrity, and decolonial frameworks You’re craving honest reflection, grounded support, and nervous system-aware conversation You want a community of peers who are also asking the big questions and unlearning the harmful ones What’s Included: Six 90-minute group sessions (monthly, via Zoom) One 60-minute 1:1 supervision session to use any time during the container Optional reflection prompts between sessions Small group (max 6 people) for deep trust and connection Sliding scale pricing to support accessibility
