SUPERVISON AND MENTORING SERVICES
What is the difference? Mentoring often involves guidance and support from someone experienced in a particular field, offering insights and advice based on their own journey. On the other hand, supervision goes deeper—it's a co-creative space where we explore your practice, challenges, and growth edges together. As a seasoned facilitator deeply engaged in decolonisation, conscious movement, and cultural sensitivity, I bring a wealth of experience to our sessions. My approach is rooted in respect, openness, and a commitment to nurturing your unique journey.
My groups have a common ground at the moment it is either ~ Decolonisation, Art in Motion, Black Indigenous and People of colour.
My 1:1 sessions are where you are able to incorporate all of the above and more.
